Old new inequalities? Dissolutions and new configurations in the work and family sphere
The special issue takes a theoretical and empirical look at asymmetries, demarcations and reconfigurations in the relationship between the social spheres of gainful employment and private life. In doing so, attribution processes, gender constructions and inequality effects along and across spheres of employment and family are analysed and current development trends and perspectives are discussed.
