Gender theory and Diversity Management
The concept of "gender" is one of the most important dimensions of diversity management and is highly relevant in this context in German-speaking countries. The articles in this issue focus on the relationship between economization and gender equality policy, gender and diversity in sport, and managing gender and diversity mainstreaming at universities in the area of tension between theory and practice.
